ITLogicPro Store provides customers with a 14-day return policy for merchandise, subject to certain conditions. If a customer receives damaged products, they should refuse the delivery and notify Cyprus ITLogicPro within the first 48 hours of receipt. Non-damaged, unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date subject to a restocking fee of 15% or more depending on the item, manufacturer policies, and circumstances. Opened merchandise that is not defective cannot be returned. Defective merchandise must be reported within 2 days for replacement with the exact same product. The customer is responsible for returning damaged or defective merchandise to ITLogicPro . Replacement merchandise will not be shipped until the damaged or defective item is received. Failure to return a product within the return period will be deemed as acceptance of the product. Custom orders, bulk orders, volume licensing software, and other products designated as "This Sale Final", "No Returns", or similar language may not be returned
